Communication

Communicate!

Proper communication is a key element in all implementation process and this is specially important to the broad area of "environment", where most people have an opinion. The success of any ecodesign implementation is highly dependent on the internal and external communication of achievements, challenges and expectations.

While internal communication is crucial for the change management that the organization is going through, external communication ensures that all the good work is being communicated to customers and stakeholders in a proper and transparent way. Several guidelines and standards are available for external communication, especially in relation to the environmental performance of products and services.

You will find a lot of good advice and experience, personally referred by experienced specialists in two short video clips. The advice is summarized in a "key points" list and also links to appropriate further reference.

Quick guidance
